Ex-officio Member of the BoD
Born in Athens in 1934, Nikos Adamantiadis started his insurance career in 1954 at Canellopoulos- Adamantiadis; from 1974 till 2018, he served as CEO and Chairman of the Board.
An eminent member of the insurance market in Greece and abroad, he has held various leading positions and memberships in Insurance Societies and Organizations, including President of the Hellenic Association of Lloyd’s Brokers’ Representatives (1968-70), President of the Hellenic Association of Insurance Companies (1974-76 & 1981-85), BoD Chairman of the Greek Institute for Insurance Education (2007-10), President of the International Union of Marine Insurance (IUMI) (1994-96).
He has also published numerous studies and articles on insurance, economic and educational topics both in the Greek and foreign press, as well as six books on insurance.
Beyond his insurance ranks, he has also served as a member on the Board of Directors of several business societies, as well as non-profit Organisations.
Nikos Adamantiadis studied Law, Economics and Social Sciences in the University of Athens, followed by International Law in The Hague.

Chairman
Born in 1964 in Athens, Nellos Canellopoulos is currently the Chairman of Canellopoulos Adamantiadis BoD. He also serves as Chairman of TITAN Cement S.A. Prior to this, he was the company’s Executive Director and External Relations Director; earlier on, he was employed in the Group’s Sales Division (1990-1996) and in Ionia S.A. (1989 and 1990).
At the same time, he is also the Chairman of Paul and Alexandra Canellopoulos Foundation, a Board member of the Cycladic Museum since 2019 and an active Member of the Hellenic Society for Disabled Children (ELEPAP).

Μember of the BoD
Born in Athens in 1966, Pavlos Canellopoulos started his career in AIG, New York, in the Marine & Cargo Department. Until 2019, he served at AIG Greece as Deputy General Manager and Executive Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors; currently, he acts as an Independent Advisor to AIG.
He holds a membership at the Hellenic Association of Insurance Representatives, and is also a BoD member of the American-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce.
He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration & Political Science from Connecticut College, U.S.A. and of Insurance Science from the Greek Institute for Insurance Studies.

Νon-Executive Member of the BoD
Born in 1968 in Athens, Takis Canellopoulos is a non-Executive Member of the BoD of Canellopoulos Adamantiadis. Takis Canellopoulos started his career as a financial analyst in AIG and in the Financing Division of EFG Eurobank. In 1995, he joined the Titan Cement Group where he remains to date. Currently he serves as an Executive Member of the Board, while for many years he has held the position of the Group’s Investor Relations Director.
He is also a founding partner of 3K Investment Partners and a BoD member of the Union of Listed Companies. Finally, he served as the BoD Vice-Chairman of AEK Athens Football Club between July 2004 and January 2009.
He holds a B.A. in Economics from Brown University and an M.B.A from New York University – Stern School of Business.

Non-Executive Member of the BoD
Born in Athens in 1969, Christos Adamantiadis started his career in AIG Greece, and in 2004 was appointed Country Manager. He stayed with AIG until 2015, holding various positions in Russia, UK and the UAE. In 2016, he became the CEO of Oman Insurance Company (OIC), Dubai and currently holds the position of CEO of Marsh Middle East & Africa.
Christos is a frequent speaker in Insurance, Leadership, Management and Business fora.
He holds a BSc in Economics from LSE, UK, and a MSc in International Economics & Management from Bocconi University, Italy.

Vice-Chairman of the BoDOperations and Marketing Manager
Born in Athens in 1972, Myrto Adamantiadi has been working within the hospitality industry and local economic development sector in Greece and abroad. Myrto Adamantiadi is currently involved in the Operations and Marketing of Canellopoulos Adamantiadis Holdings; at the same time, she also runs her own restaurant business.
She holds a BA in Hotel and Tourism Management from the Ecole Hotelière de Glion, Switzerland, and an MA in Strategic Marketing from the University of Westminster, UK.

Managing Director
Born in Athens in 1962, George Konios has been working as a consultant for several years. Since 2001, he has been working at Canellopoulos Adamantiadis Holdings; in 2005, he became the Company’s Managing Director.
He holds a BA in Economics & Commerce from the University of Rome.
